PSG Academy GBA welcomes players aged 3 to 17 years old. We have age-appropriate programs designed for every developmental stage, from our Introduction to Football program for 3-5 year olds to our Elite Player Programme for teenagers pursuing professional pathways.
No previous experience is necessary. We welcome complete beginners as well as experienced players. Our coaches assess each player's ability level and place them in groups where they can develop at the appropriate pace. Everyone starts somewhere, and we're here to guide every step of the journey.
Upon enrollment, every player receives an official PSG Academy training kit including jersey, shorts, and socks. Players should bring their own football boots (molded studs for artificial turf), shin guards, water bottle, and appropriate athletic clothing for training sessions.
Players are grouped by age and ability level to ensure optimal development. We maintain small coach-to-player ratios (typically 1:12 or better) to provide personalized attention and instruction. Advanced players may be invited to join our competitive Elite Player Programme.
Outstanding players have access to Selection Camps with PSG technical directors from Paris, participation in the annual PSG World Cup tournament in France, potential invitations to train with PSG's youth teams in Paris, and scholarships for continued development within our Elite Player Programme.
