Held annually in Paris, this prestigious four-day tournament brings together the most talented young players from every PSG Academy across the globe for an unforgettable sporting and cultural experience that transcends football.

Selected players compete at the professional training facilities used by PSG's first team, experience the electric atmosphere of a live Ligue 1 match at the iconic Parc des Princes, and immerse themselves in the culture and beauty of Paris while representing the Greater Bay Area on an international stage.

PSG Academy Selection Camps are intensive, week-long training programs designed for the most promising players from our academies. Under the direct supervision of PSG's technical directors and elite coaches from Paris, participants receive world-class instruction that mirrors the training methodology of PSG's professional academy in France.

These camps are by invitation only, reserved for players who demonstrate exceptional talent, dedication, work ethic, and potential during regular training sessions. The two best players from each Academy worldwide earn the opportunity to participate in this transformative experience, training alongside peers of similar ability in an intensely competitive yet supportive environment.

Selection camps focus on accelerating player development through intensive tactical training, advanced physical conditioning, mental preparation, and exposure to elite-level football understanding. Outstanding performers may receive invitations to train with PSG's youth teams in France or gain access to additional development opportunities within the PSG Academy global network.

The Elite Player Programme represents the highest level of training available at PSG Academy GBA. This comprehensive, year-round program is designed for our most talented and committed players, providing them with the intensive training, competitive opportunities, and personalized development needed to reach their full potential in football.

Participants train multiple times per week with specialized coaches, compete in regional and international tournaments, receive individualized development plans tailored to their specific needs and position, and gain priority access to all PSG Academy opportunities including the World Cup in Paris, Selection Camps, and international exchange programs.
